Four Seasons Pizza

Ingredients
Artichoke hearts (home-cooked or canned)
Basil
Mushrooms, thinly sliced
Ham, prosciutto or olives
Parmigiano reggiano, grated
Fior di latte
High-quality tomatoes
Extra-virgin olive oil
Step 1:
Preheat your Gozney Pizza Oven to 400°C / 750°F.
Step 2:
While oven is preheating, place chopped artichoke hearts onto a tray in a single-layer and oven-dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3:
Stretch out your pizza dough and top with the tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano and fior di latte. Arrange artichoke hearts, basil, mushrooms and ham into four separate sections.
Step 4:
Cook pizza in the oven at 788°F/420°C.
Step 5:
Finish with a swirl of extra-virgin olive oil and enjoy!
