Tip 1;

Make sure your Gozney placement peel is always clean, dry and free of debris before using.

Tip 2;

Remember that the placement peel is not dishwasher safe and should never be left in the oven for an extended period of time.

Tip 3;

Never try and use the peel to launch a fresh pizza unless it is cool to the touch.
