Instructions

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

Step 1

Preheat the Gozney to 625°F / 330°C. For the sauce, in a small food processor, pulse the garlic, anchovies, basil, and oregano until finely minced. Mix the minced ingredients with the tomatoes, then add extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. You can use immediately or store in the fridge in a small container for later use.

Step 2

To assemble the pizza, open the dough ball and stretch it to fit a sheet pan. Spread an even layer of grated mozzarella over the dough, leaving some dough visible beneath the cheese.

Step 3

Using a kitchen spoon or small ladle, strategically dollop the sauce over the cheese. Avoid covering the entire surface; leave some areas exposed.

Step 4

To bake the pizza, place the pan in the oven and bake for 2-4 minutes until the crust is golden brown and delicious.

Step 5

Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your Grandma pizza hot!
